When you request a checklist, we collect your email address, optional name, state, city, tool result, page, consent choice, and technical request details. We use this to send the checklist and understand which paperwork paths are useful.
We do not sell personal information. Future partner routing will require separate, clear consent for the partner category. No partner boxes are pre-checked.
